ISLAMABAD: Turkish Prime Minister (PM) Recep Tayyip Erdogan called on President Asif Ali Zardari today.

On this occasion he has been awarded Nishan-e-Pakistan for his services to promote and strengthen the Pak-Turk ties.

The award giving ceremony was held at Presidential House, Islamabad.

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani were also present at this occasion.

Meanwhile, President Zardari hosted a lunch in the honour of the Turkish PM.

Turkish delegation, Federal Ministers and other dignitaries attend the lunch.
