Sacrifices of Kashmiris not to go in vain: Gilani
According to Geo News, Turk PM Tayyip Erdogan inaugurated Social Welfare Complex, Khurshid National Public Library building and Usmania Mosque – constructed with the help of the Turkish government in Muzaffarabad – today morning.
PM Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Foreign Minster Shah Mahmoud Qureshi and Federal Minister for Information & Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira were accompanying Turkish PM.
President Azad Kashmir Raja Zulqarnain hosted a reception in the honour of Tayyip Erdogan.
On this occasion PM Gilani said Turkey is playing an important role to bring peace and stability in the region and that peace in the region cannot be established without solving the Kashmir dispute.
I am glad over Erdogan’s visit to Pakistan, Gilani added.
In his address the Turkish PM said he is pleased on the development work in Muzaffarabad carried out after the deadly quake.
‘Turkey will always help Pakistan in every possible way’, Erdogan said.
It may be mentioned; 586-room District Headquarter Building; over-300 rooms Social Welfare Complex, Usmania Mosque and 192 residential flats have been constructed in Muzaffarabad with the donation of the Turkish people.
