LAHORE: The investigations in connection with the blasts in Lahore areas of RA Bazaar and Iqbal Town, are underway, as police arrested at least 50 suspected people during search operation, Geo News reported Saturday.

After a day of consecutive bomb blasts yesterday, the entire city including RA Bazaar presents a dismal and gloomy look amid markets are closed in the area. Also, the students attendance in schools in RA Bazaar and adjacent areas remained thin.

The investigative agencies are probing various aspects after garnering various clues from the spots. The body parts of the attackers have been sent for DNA tests.

The security has been beefed up in the Cantt areas following the mishaps as the vehicles are being thoroughly searched for entrance into the area.
