PPP to remain in NWFP government: Akbar Khan

PESHAWAR: The NWFP chapter of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) was a coalition partner and would not sit on opposition benches, party's parliamentary leader, Abdul Akbar Khan told Geo News today.Akbar Khan pointed out that conflicts with Awami National Party over appointments of administrators were resolved.
He rejected reports regarding PPP’s decision to resign from the Awami National Party-led coalition government.
PPP MPA’s would apprise President Asif Zardari of the situation within the next several days, he added.
