ISLAMABAD: The process of clause-by-clause approval of the 18th Amendment is underway here in the National Assembly, during which name of the former military dictator General (r) Zia ul Haq has been removed from the Constitution.While the power to appoint chiefs of armed forces has alsobeen transferred to Prime Minister from President.
