PHC CJ appoints, transfers 129 judicial officials
PESHAWAR: Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court (PHC) Justice Ijaz Afzal issued orders regarding the appointments and transfers of 129 judicial officers in the province, Geo News reported late Thursday.
According to a the communique issued by the PHC Registrar Syed Musaddique Hussain Shah, the CJ Ijaz issued orders regarding the appointments and transfers; of them, there are 36 newly appointed judicial officers.
The statement said ten of 129 judicial officers have been transferred to other cities of the province from Peshawar.
Also, the duties of ten Qazis functioning in Malakand Division, Kohistan and Chitral have been handed to the NWFP government.
